Laura Ciriaco is an emerging singer-songwriter from Italy. Thriving, talented, Laura is an excellent musician and the director of several music academies in Milano.

Laura competed on The Voice of Italy, a televised singing competition where she got through to the semifinals. Following her success on the show, a lot of opportunities began to open up for her.

How we helped

Laura needed some help with organisation in order to manage her time and be able to take on as many opportunities as possible. After being suddenly flung into fame, she had never had to balance multiple projects at once. She needed help with managing her album production, diary and suppliers. Laura also needed someone to help her organise tour dates and video clips. When it came to finance, Laura needed us to manage her budget in a way that was effective and productive, whilst investing in social media promotions.

To help with organisation and business planning, Underwing put together an action plan that included timelines for Laura’s album recording and single releases. We also managed dates, accommodation, travel and venues for her 2018 summer tour.

Underwing assisted with multiple aspects of Laura’s album creation process. We found suppliers to produce the videos associated for each single and were present at every video shooting. We also worked on relationship management with PR and social media agencies, record labels and musicians.
